This page allows you to search for regulatory binding interactions based on ChIP-Seq data. You can search for binding in one of three ways:

    1. Find regulators for a target gene. This allows you to search for transcription factors that have a binding site near a particular target gene.
    2. Find targets for a transcription. This allows you to search for target genes that have a binding site from a particular transcription factor. Only predicted transcription factors can be entered in this search.
    3. Find peaks around a position. This allows you to search for transcription factors that have a binding site near a particular genomic region.

Select Advanced Search Options to tailor the parameters of each search. You may enter Rv#s or gene symbols.
