Quick Links

  • Feature Search:Search for features by type. Filter on an additional text query if desired.
  • Gene Expression Publications: Search and browse publications with gene expression data that are stored in TBDB.
  • Samples and Conditions:
    Search for a gene over all published samples and explore the expression significance of the indicated gene.
  • Expression Profiles:
    Search for a gene in the published data sets. You will be able to explore the gene expression of the indicated gene in each publication.
  • My Repository (sign in required): Access your saved microarray data sets for further analysis.
  • BLAST - search all genomes by sequencing similarity
  • Genes - Gene annotations by functional categories
  • Download - download data files for sequence and annotation

    Publications containing gene expression data in TBDB are listed under Expression Publications. You may view details about samples, download raw data, perform data analysis or view Gene Profiles for a given publication from Publication Detail page.

    Select "Expression Publications" from the "Publications" menu.



    Browse the publication list, or you may search for a specific gene or author or search term by entering the term in search box and clicking the "Query" button:

    Once you find a publication of your interest, click on citation link to go to Publication Detail page. This page is organized into four sections:

    Top: the citation section of the Publication Detail page lists citation, title, and abstract of the publication.

    Associated Links: provides links to PubMed, full text access, GEO/AE repository etc.

    Associated Experiments Sets: provides access to gene profiles, sample details, experiment set details, data retrieval and analysis, and raw data download.

    Options: buttons to access additional data in various formats for each associated experiment set.
