    I have a gene of interest that is involved in a pathway. How do I view all other genes in the same pathway?

    Go to tbcyc.tbdb.org and enter the search term into the TBCyc Quick Search.

    Select a pathway from the list of results.

    The pathway may not show the genes initially. Select More detail.

    You may also want to see the mechanism of action for that pathway. Select More detail again.
