    I have a group of genes of interest. How do I view this in the context of the metabolic overview?

    From TB Metabolic Networks Home (http://tbcyc.tbdb.org/), click on the Cellular Overview.

    From the Cellular Overview menu, select "Highlight/Omics view based on Names and Frame IDs".

    Paste in your list of genes and click "Highlight".

    The overview will zoom to fit all the genes highlighted.

    Clicking on the highlighted genes will pull up contextual knowledge and link to the pathways and reactions in which each gene participates.
