    How do I map expression data from my own experiments onto the metabolic overview?

    From TB Metabolic Networks Home (http://tbcyc.tbdb.org/), click on Cellular Overview.

    In the Cellular Overview menu, select overlay experimental data.

    Select the appropriate parameters for your data set.

    Select a tab-delimited file in the format shown, and then select submit.

    Results should appear as in the omics viewer figure. If you have multiple time points, then each time point is displayed in an animation.
