Tutorial: How do I search for publications in TBDB?
TBDB hosts a rich set of publications. Publications containing gene specific information in TBDB are called Gene Publications. Publications with curated gene expression data in TBDB are called Expression Publications.
Select "Publications" from the main menu. You will be presented with a decision tree where you can search for either expression or gene publications using suitable search terms as indicated.
Alternatively, you can access the full list of expression publications by selecting "Expression Publications" from the menu. Where you can browse the full list or narrow it down by searching for specific search terms.

Browse a full list of gene publications by selecting "Gene Publications" from the menu. Again, you can narrow down your results here by searching for specific terms, such as gene name, or conditions like hypoxia etc.

Gene publications results table provide links to Pubmed, show number of genes annotated with a given publication and Matching Fields in the publication that matched your search term.
